CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order. If you want to cancel your order, you must contact us within 2 hours after creating your order. After this period, your orders will start to be prepared specially for you and your order cancellation will not be accepted.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

You can initiate the return & exchange process by contacting us within 14 days after receiving your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value that may occur.

* In order for the return and exchange to be approved, the product must be returned in its original packaging and unused. (Promotional, campaign products given as a gift with the product, if any, should also be sent).

* Unfortunately, if the product you have purchased is personalized (name/written; designed with photographs, voice recordings or hair; hand-knitted, specially sized, etc.) or if it is not suitable for return due to its nature, it cannot be returned and exchanged.

* Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
